What is Your Return & Refund Policy?
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your project, which is why our team thoroughly checks each work of art before it leaves our facilities to ensure you receive our absolute best.
Please inspect your package upon arrival and place your claim within 14 days. If there is a problem with your wall-covering, mural, or framed art piece, contact us immediately, and we will address it right away. Please be ready to send photographs of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org to help us solve your problem in the most timely manner. If an item is damaged, or is printed incorrectly, we will review your photos and our production records to confirm the mistake and provide a replacement in a timely manner.
We will not accept any claims after 14 days after you receive your product. We will not accept any claims after the product is installed. Please hire a qualified installer to handle your mural with utmost care and professionalism.
As our products are created specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns due to a change of plans, or after they are installed, as we cannot re-sell it.
Credit For Samples
We do offer credits for up to 5 samples toward the purchase of a mural. The credit allowance requirement is as follows:
• Orders over $750, 1 sample credit
• Orders over $1000, 2 sample credits
• Orders over $1250, 3 sample credits
• Orders over $1500, 4 sample credits
• Orders over $1750, 5 sample credits
