"The
inspiration for this collection started while I was creating a custom
paper for my dining room and daughter's bedroom, back in 2020. I was
searching for chinoiserie murals that felt like they had a hand-painted
quality, with a tea paper effect, but were more affordable and digitally
printed. As I began working with The Mural Source on these custom
papers, we realized there was the potential for a really
beautiful collection with my signature colorways, inspired by nature:
blues, greens, chocolate brown – and some sweeter hues, like ballet pink
and buttercream yellow. The English Garden panoramic mural was a real
treat to create, as the colors are so soft and beautiful and the scenic
depiction is so peaceful. Mizner Beach was inspired by my frequent
travels to Palm Beach – and the umber colorway is a personal favorite,
inspired by the iconic walls at Lyford Cay Club. I could not be more
excited to debut this collection with The Mural Source – I hope you
